Breathwork is the practice of using intentional, controlled breathing exercises to positively affect your physical, mental, and emotional state.  As a mindfulness tool, practicing breathwork can be a wonderful aid in re-centering in the present moment. Together we will experience some breathwork techniques and learn about the unique physical and mental health benefits.
