Full Moon Breathwork Class

Shane Elmore's extremely impactful and popular Full Moon Breathwork Workshop is offered Sunday, April 13th, from 6-8pm.  The cost is $25 and proceeds will be equally shared between the church and Shane.  

This will be a unique two-hour experience focused on harnessing the power of our breath.  Through guided breathing exercises and engaging music, we activate the nervous system by bringing our body, mind and spirit back into alignment with it's original design.
